Where will the facility be, and when can I use it?
The facility location, opening timeline, and initial capacity have not been confirmed in this concept. Share your requirements and timeline for planning.
Can I request a private high-speed fabric?
You can state the requirement, including interconnect speeds between your nodes. CONNECT is a planned product and is distinct from Internet bandwidth; neither is published as available inventory.
Can this work for one server?
Starting smaller than a full cabinet is part of the concept, subject to the actual equipment and its power and cooling demand. No minimum has been approved yet.
Does STORE include backup?
Capacity, performance, snapshots, replication, and backup are separate decisions and would each be scoped explicitly. Storage on its own is not a backup plan.
What about GPU systems or unusual high-power equipment?
Send the details—model, size, draw, and cooling needs. Accepted equipment and electrical and thermal limits are still being defined, so fit is assessed case by case rather than promised in advance.
Who manages my systems, and how would pricing work?
You choose where the line sits, from remote hands to an agreed full scope. Pricing would build from rack space, committed power, and the products you select. No rates or minimum commitments have been published.
